Electric Heated Bitumen Tank

It is produced up to 20 – 100 m³ capacity. Heating process takes place with core resistance (booster) and sword resistances on the soles.

Bitumen tanks that you can use for modified asphalt are also manufactured upon request. Thanks to the mixers on it, it keeps the modified bitumen homogeneously and provides optimum benefit to the users.

It is produced as vertical type. In vertical type tanks, oxidation is minimal in bitumen since bitumen is less combined with air.

High quality rabitz wire stone wool is used to reduce heat losses. It is environmentally friendly as it is electrically heated. It provides a cost advantage during the hours when electricity is discounted.

There is a control panel that will activate the resistances when the temperature drops. In case of heat loss, the resistances are activated automatically and ensure that the temperature remains at the desired rate. In addition, bitumen level and temperature control is provided from this panel.

It is designed to fit on a truck tractor. It is easy to transport.
