Asphalt emulsion is a binding material formed by the dispersion of bitumen in water with the help of an emulsifier.
Modified Bitumen Plants are facilities for homogeneously combining one or more polymer materials in bitumen road coatings, especially built to withstand heavy traffic and severe weather conditions.
It is the facility that produces the mechanical material formed by the mixture of aggregate, filler and water in certain proportions in order to prevent problems such as breaking, cracking and collapse on the road before the asphalt process is applied.
Bitumen Tanks
Bitumen tanks are bitumen stocking systems made for hot storage of bitumen from the refinery. Stocked bitumen can be transferred to the asphalt plant or to other facilities where you want to use the bitumen (emulsion, polymer modified plant, etc.) with the help of a line upon request.
It is produced up to 20 – 100 m³ capacity. Heating process takes place with core resistance (booster) and sword resistances on the soles.
It is produced in capacities up to 20 – 5000 m³. The coils used in the heating of these tanks are made of high quality seamless steel drawn pipes.
It is used for safe storage of minerals such as fuel-oil, diesel and mineral oils suitable for your needs in capacities of 10 m³ – 200 m³.
Pressure resistant productions with special valve covers in which all kinds of chemicals can be stored in desired sizes and capacities.
We manufacture hot oil generators with a capacity of 600,000 kcal and 1,000,000 kcal. According to the needs, liquid fuels such as Diesel and Fuel Oil and a burner suitable for fuels such as Natural Gas and LPG are used.
For bitumen that you want to store in large quantities, bitumen pools in the range of 500 – 10,000 m³ are manufactured. In these pools, we use serpentines made of high quality steel drawn pipe.
The Barrel Melting Furnace, which we manufacture from high quality drawn steel pipe, easily heats 15 tons of bitumen per hour and has a storage capacity of 40 m³. Furnace loading system is Pneumatic.
They are silos used for storing surplus filler in asphalt plants and for transferring them to the machine when necessary.
They are rail and trolley systems used for storing the hot asphalt coming out under the mixer in asphalt plants and transferring it to trucks.
